August saw a 21% increase in single family home sales in Coconut Grove, similar to Coral Gables. Nineteen homes were sold as compared to 15 in June and July in Coconut Grove. A few interesting insights this last month, only 2 of the 19 homes sold for more than a 10% discount off the list price. Additionally, over 60% of the homes sold in less than 90 days. The trend continues! Less discounts and less days on the market!
