Better late than never! I’ve been meaning to wrap up end of year sales but I’ve been swamped! This type of recap is always very time consuming and I wanted to make sure it was as accurate as possible given the data for Coconut Grove homes sales.
December finished strong in Coconut Grove with 16 single family home sales – that’s 45% more than in November. Something I found interesting was that 13 home sold for less than 10% off the list price. Days of bargain discounts are over.
