Hope your Fourth of July was terrific! I suspect it was for the 15 Coconut Grove home buyers who closed in June. Of the 15 Coconut Grove single family home sales last month – 60% sold above asking or for less than 10 percent of the list price. There was one listing : 3575 Battersea Road that was on the market for almost two years which closed last month. It was also the highest sale in June at $5,626,000.
