September numbers are in for my hometown, Coconut Grove. Fourteen single family homes were sold last month – a 25% decrease compared to August but still in keeping with the city’s average.
Just like my Coral Gables By The Numbers September report, I wanted to share a visual report for Coconut Grove as well. I think it helps boil down data nuggets more easily. What do you think? Do you like this new format or do you prefer previous summaries?
