The former Versace mansion in Miami Beach went up for sale this summer. Many blogs have featured the estate (now a boutique hotel) as the most expensive residence in the United States, tied only with a Los Angeles property listed at $125 million. Wowza! That’s a huge price tag. We have nothing that expensive in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove but we do have some luxury estates for sale that have a hefty price tag as well.
