We’ve hit the ground running in 2013 but wanted to make sure I recapped December 2012 figures for you. It was a strong finish with 46 single family homes sales in Coral Gables. I did my part with 3 sales which included: 5910 Maggiore Street, 1009 Asturia Avenue, and 736 Madeira Avenue. All were terrific listings and the loveliest of clients!
