Reversal of fortunes? In June, single family home sales for Coral Gables witnessed a 46% increase but July numbers show a 43% drop with 32 homes sold compared to 56. You can see the comparison chart below that June sales appear to be an anomaly.
Focusing on July, however, 81% of the homes sold between 10% less than asking and above asking! My listing, 6905 Barquera Street fell in this range – less than 5% below asking.
