June single family home sales figures for Coral Gables are in. Wowza! What a huge increase in sales as compared to May: 46%. As illustrated below, June sales are really climbing when looking year to date.
The trend regarding smaller price reductions continued, 77% of the homes sold between 10% less than asking and above asking. Click here to see the detailed report of sold properties.
June was a busy month spurred by low interest rates and aggressive buyers – some of whom had placed offers on homes only to lose them due to multiple bid scenarios or appraisal issues as referenced here.
