October sales figures are in and Coral Gables saw a rebound in October with a 75% increase in single family home sales as compared to the previous month. Huge leap! I personally sold 2 homes: 6911 Gratian Street and 4105 Granada Blvd. to lovely buyers. Congratulations to all involved!
The largest sale recorded this month was for Alonzo Mourning’s waterfront Coral Gables estate for $11,350,000. You may recall that I blogged about his new, stunning Pinecrest home but here’s a picture of his former home.
