Nothing felt slow in September. Like the rest of the year, it flew by…but if you look at September’s Coral Gables single family home sales, you’d think September was very slow. How slow? Number of home sales were the lowest they’ve been all year.
No, no. There’s not a slowdown – there’s just very limited inventory. (Yes, I said it again.) Homeowners, if you are thinking about selling, think about letting me take you out for a cup of coffee to discuss the market – particularly if you own in the South Gables – (more on that next week).
