What’s more tropical and elegant than an orchid? I absolutely love to see a vibrant orchid perched on my windowsill or desk. This weekend I’ll be choosing a few more for my home at Fairchild Gardens’ 10th Annual International Orchid Festival in Coral Gables. According to their website, rare species will be judged by the American Orchid Society. You’ll be able to choose from more than 10,000 plants from global vendors and participate in garden workshops, walking tours and yoga on Sunday. Food and entertainment will also be available;
