Wow! It’s been a busy 18 weeks. I’ve sold, on average, one house a week. This whirlwind has been exhilarating and exhausting but ultimately extremely satisfying as I’ve assisted my dear clients in meeting their real estate goals.
Some sold their homes to move on to their next adventure. Others bought their dream homes to provide roots for their family. I love the process even though navigating inspection reports, appraisers and demanding loan requirements can be nerve wracking. Ultimately, though, the thrill of placing the right homeowners in the right house is priceless for me.
