Coconut Grove Community: Scenic Drive Series

After several rainy days last week, Saturday and Sunday’s weather made a comeback and showcased our spectacular climate in Coconut Grove and surrounding areas. Ultimately, I’m solar powered and was delighted to enjoy sunshine. So are out-of-town buyers whose primary reason for buying a home in Coconut Grove is our glorious weather. I typically send our local forecast attached to this Coconut Grove overview video to all interested buyers…just to whet their appetites.

Miami Area Among Top Global Real Estate Luxury Market

Today’s main feature in The Miami Herald is a recap of Christie International’s luxury real estate market report. According to the detailed report as summarized in The Miami Herald, “the Miami area ranked eighth among the top 10 luxury real estate markets in the world, putting it in a league with London, New York, Paris and Hong Kong, (but also Dallas and Toronto).”

The report highlights the impact foreign buyers and second home buyers have on our market. Here’s a snapshot of how the different markets fare by distinct indicators.
