May 2013: Coconut Grove Real Estate Market Update

Inventory, wherefore art thou? May single family homes sales in Coconut Grove slid further with only 12 sales reported as of today.

Up, Up & Away. Grove at the Grand Bay Ready To Go Vertical

Grove At Grand Bay is on track to be a stellar addition to Coconut Grove’s landscape. On June 5th, the project will break ground and be ready to go vertical. As a reminder, the luxury Coconut Grove condominiums will be comprised of two 20-story towers with jaw-dropping bayfront views.

According to the sales manager on site, pilings are going in all over the site in order to increase the elevation of the site to 3 feet above sea level.

Sales Update:

51 of the 57 residences in the North Tower are sold

15 of the 41 residences in the South Tower are sold
