The 11 homes that sold in Coconut Grove in November must have been extra grateful during Thanksgiving. The single family home market witnessed a sharp decline from its year-to-date high in October which enjoyed 25 closed sales! Low inventory is a driving factor here but analysts would say there’s an election uncertainty hangover here as well. That’s highly unlikely as Coral Gables’ figures remained stable (more on that tomorrow…).

October was anything but scary regarding Coconut Grove real estate figures. According to MLS data, it was the highest sales month in single family homes, year to date! Twenty five homes were sold as compared to 14 the previous month!
