The Same But Different

It’s the same house but different.  That’s how I feel when I see a client’s home staged. It still has the same bones and benefits I assessed when I listed it but staging takes even a good house and makes it great!

That’s the  case here. A delightful, spacious home, updated with great finishes stared blankly at potential buyers because it was empty. Empty looks bigger you say? Not the case. Empty leaves buyers lost as to what to do with nooks and crannies. Look at these before and afters engineered by Marisa Salas of ShowHomes and you’ll see exactly what I mean.

Many assume buyers love a blank canvas but often bare walls and undefined space limits people’s imagination. By positioning appropriately scaled furniture and providing each room with a purpose, the stager was successful in providing possibilities for buyers.
