Just Sold: 6911 Barquera Street

My delightful clients closed on their Coral Gables home today and are ready to move on to their next adventure in Pine Bay Estates.  These clients are dear to me as they are in the real estate industry and selected me to represent their property amidst many colleagues. It was a great vote of confidence.

The nicely updated Colonial was a pleasure to show and sell.

The lovely new owners will be settling into 6911 Barquera Street in the coming weeks.

Just Sold: 1224 Tangier Street, Coral Gables

In late March, I listed and blogged about a dreamy listing in Coral Gables located at 1224 Tangier Street. After being on the market for a little over a week, we received an offer and it just closed yesterday. I’m thrilled for all parties involved!

This home was in pristine condition which generated countless calls for back up offers – but ultimately, the buyer who was poised to make an informed albeit quick decision is sending out “just moved” cards.

2011 by The Numbers

Happy New Year All! 2012 has literally started with a bang! Buyers are ready but inventory is low. Wondering why? 2011 was a strong sales year in Coral Gables. During the next few days I’ll be posting highlights regarding the Coral Gables real estate market for 2011.
