I was recently asked by the Miami Herald’s Jane Woodridge to participate in a “What You Get For Your Money” type real estate article. Her parameters included finding homes in a $600,000-650,000 price range with 4 bedrooms, a garage and hurricane protection in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove. Hmmm. Maybe finding a unicorn would have been easier.
I gently broke the reality of these cities’ real estate market to her and we finessed the search criteria. After previewing several properties, she got a sense of our strengthening market.
